Intellectual property and image rights
The On the Tip of the Toes Foundation retains all rights associated with the Club 3A. All personal information provided by the participant during an event as a Club 3A member are the exclusive property of On the Tip of the Toes Foundation.
When registering, the participant authorises the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation to use any photo shared about an event associated as a Club 3A member. The participant accepts that the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation use these photos with or without the name of the participant for legal purposes, including, for example, activities such as publicity, illustration or web content.
Participant's engagement
Regsitering deliberately to the Club 3A, participants accept the following terms and conditions.
The PARTICIPANT undertake to fulfil a fundraising campaign in aid of the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation and/or to take part in activities aiming to promote the organization, following the objective established by the participant.
The PARTICIPANT undertake to fulfil an adventure challenge associated with his/her fundraising campaign, if applicable.
The PARTICPANT undertake to transfer the total amount raised in aid of the On the Tip of the Toes foundation two weeks after the sport or promotional event at the latest.
