J'ai a nouveau décidé de relever le défi de courir en hiver, au crépuscule, sur le magnifique lac Saint-Jean (13 km) le 18 février 2023, pour aider la fondation Sur la pointe des pieds et les adolescents atteints du cancer qu'elle soutient. Par la symbolique de ce défi physique et psychologique, je veux les aider à trouver leur force intérieure en vivant une aventure thérapeutique. Ensemble, faisons en sorte que ces jeunes profitent de cette expédition en nature et qu'ils vivent le plus beau jour de leur vie. Merci de contribuer à cette noble cause ! --- It is time for revenge! I have decided to take up again the challenge to run in winter, in the twilight, on magnificent lake Saint-Jean (13km) on February 18, 2023, to help On the Tip of the Toes foundation and the adolescents with cancer it supports. Through the symbolism of this physical and psychological challenge, I want to help them find their inner strength by living a therapeutic adventure.
